OK, so I’m a little mental on this box.net thing

I want this box.net widget to work.  I thought of something this morning and started wondering if, just maybe the problem might be the theme I was using.  Probably not, but I have noticed that some themes say that they support widgets and some don’t mention widgets.  The theme I was using did not mention them.  It’s probably not going to work the way I want it to, but one more try can’t hurt.  I want to post free designs, but I had no idea it could get this complicated.  I think it’s working now, but if you try downloading a design and run into a problem, please leave me a comment to let me know.  Happy stitching!

It’s working from what I can tell!  You’d think that the box.net help people might have mentioned that the widget doesn’t work with some WordPress themes.  Maybe they don’t know?

  2. Hi Judy,

So glad you like the design. Sorry you’re having a problem getting them from the box. You’re trying to download one of the two, Art Like Morality files, right? I just tried them and they seem to be working, but I’ve found the box to be somewhat of a problem, as you’ve probably read ;). I frequently download to my desktop, but not always. So when the green download button appears, the “Where do you want the download to go box” also appears If you have automatic downloads, check the spot the downloads go to, just in case they arrived there with no questions asked. I’ve also had that happen with box.net.

In the meantime, I’ll upload the designs to another file sharing program I use, and post the links here for you. Please let me know that you’ve gotten them, either way.

  3. I am not able to download the pattern. I click on the name and then download and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I would really like the pattern it is very lovely and you have done a very good job on it. Thanks Judi
