All the patterns featured on this blog are free for your personal use only, and are under copyright. The patterns are located in the long, FLASH WIDGET by Box.net on the right hand side of the blog. I currently have them listed in chronological order, so if you are browsing through the blog’s entries, and see something you like from early 2009, its patterns should be located toward the end of the list in the FLASH WIDGET’s files. Conversely, in a perfect world, the newest designs featured on the blog should be listed at the top of the list in the widget.
Most of the patterns have three entries in the widget: One is a Picture of the pattern, another is the pattern in symbol format and the third is a color block view of the pattern. The symbol view of the pattern is usually quite large ( 250 – 300% blow-up ), so that the symbols are easier to read. I also try to pick symbols that are easy on the eyes.
The pattern pics that I post on the blog itself tend to be a little dark looking as they’ve been made smaller to fit the blog space. Before you venture into the FLASH WIDGET’s files, you can get a better idea of what a pattern’s colors are by just double-clicking on the image itself, which makes the image larger and brighter.
