Welcome Sampler Freebie

Happy New 2012 Year!!   I’m about to make Giada DeLaurentis’  Panetone Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce, so I’m posting this pattern before I start baking.  Giada’s wonderful pudding has been our New Year’s dessert since we first tried it.  We’ve gone Gluten Free in the last year, so I’ll be making a smaller pudding and a few changes like substituting Vanilla Almond Milk for the whole milk, and Stevia for the sugar.  I’ll also add in more dried fruit and a handful of small bittersweet chocolate pieces.  Here’s a link to her recipe:

This small Welcome Sampler pattern is released under my copyright, and for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Happy Stitching and the happiest of New Years!

Some recipes are much better in the original!  This is one of them.  The Almond Milk and Stevia were tasty, but overall this scrumptious pudding was dry.  Next time I make it I’ll stick to the recipe and take an extra dose of my Ultimate Lectin Defense by True Health.
